I was born and raised in Washington DC and Annapolis but chasing my passion for the outdoors led me to Vail Colorado in 2004. I quickly fell in love with all that our beautiful state has to offer and decided to make it my permanent home. Pursuing a career that allowed me to help people led me to the Fire service and in 2008 I became a professional Firefighter. I currently am enjoying my 17th year on the job. Getting a later start in my career forced me to think outside the box when it came to investment strategies and real estate quickly became the most valuable asset in my portfolio of investments. In 2013 I bought my first property - a small condo near Coors Field - then in 2017 I converted my home equity into a single family home and a rental property in West Highlands Denver. Real estate has exponentially improved my financial outlook and allowed me to have a very comfortable lifestyle. I truly love sharing my knowledge with people to help them achieve financial diversity and freedom through real estate ownership. She organizes and sponsors many charity events in Oahu, including beach clean-ups and feeding homeless children on major holidays. She also hosts free monthly real estate educational seminars. When she’s not busy making real estate deals, Leian enjoys designing furniture, playing guitar, paddle boarding and travel.
